What is your fee structure for services?
Individual Psychotherapy
Intake Appointment: $200
Follow up Appointments: $150
All sessions are 50 minutes long. Payment is due at time of service and Edge of Discovery accept all major credit cards and Zelle (note: all major credit cards incl. 3.5% processing fee).
Insurance Accepted (Limited)
Edge of Discovery Therapy is a self-pay private practice with limited accepted insurances. Many insurance companies limit sessions and require a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement, which can be a barrier to care. Additionally, a superbill after each session can be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is recommended to check with your provider to understand your out-of-network coverage.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
